Students must get at least a stanine of five in both math and reading on this test in order to take the Selective Enrollment Entrance Exam. Program OverviewWith the SelectivePrep Program, students prepare for the Seventh Grade Standardized Test in an intensive, structured classroom setting with one of our expert instructors. Students leave the course fully equipped to perform well on test day and get a boost that can lift their 7th grade grades. The SelectivePrep Program starts with a diagnostic test to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses. Students will have access to supplemental material so they can practice in areas where they need the most improvement. Students also take a practice test under test conditions just before they take "the real thing". The SelectivePrep Program:

The real competition is the entrance examination. It is easier to get a high score in three other parts, a high score on entrance examination is essential. Many smart kids have failed the test simply due to the reason they are not familiar with the test style and have not practiced much at home. My son got 1,000 points has been selected by his favorite high school. I don't think he is smarter than other kids. We just simply sent him to SelectivePrep, an intensive training course exclusively designed for CPS high school entrance examination. |
